School Commitment Form 2020-2021 Onsite Learning
As a follow up to the survey, all families must complete the commitment form for each of their children. The
deadline is noon on Wednesday, September 30. Please read the following information to guide you in the
decision making process and sign indicating your commitment to either face-to-face or remote learning. The
second nine-week period begins October 13, 2020.
